Stephan Chadwick lives in London. After spending the first part of his life on the wrong side of the law, he joined the army, entered the SAS and later ran outdoor leadership programmes on the Isle of Wight. He decided to write his autobiography to make sense of his turbulent early life in the years following the Second World War. From being a cherished child he grew up to become a violent young adult as his life spiralled out of his control. Having told his story up to the age of 19 in his first book, he is now writing a second book that continues his autobiography. He hopes that sharing his story may help prevent others going down the same road.
